Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and XP Shorts ("we", "us") for using the XP Shorts mobile app and website. By using XP Shorts you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Using XP Shorts

• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough under the laws where you live to agree to these terms (or have a parent or guardian's permission).
• XP Shorts is for your personal, non-commercial viewing. You may not copy, download, record, re-upload, resell or publicly show our videos, or try to get around the free preview or paywall.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your device and account secure.

Coins and purchases

• Coins are a virtual item you can buy in the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play and spend to unlock series. Prices are shown before you buy.
• Coins have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be transferred to another account.
• Once you unlock a series, you can watch it in the app for as long as it remains available on XP Shorts.
• Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Refund requests go through them: Apple refunds or Google Play refunds. Nothing in these terms limits refund rights you have under consumer law.
• If a purchase doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll help.

Content

All series, videos, artwork and the XP Shorts name and logo belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. We may add, change or remove series at any time.

Ending your use

You can stop using XP Shorts at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms, commit fraud or abuse the service. Unused coins are lost when an account is deleted, except where the law says otherwise.

Disclaimers

We work hard to keep XP Shorts running, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, XP Shorts is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use XP Shorts after the update means you accept the new terms.

Apple-specific terms

If you downloaded XP Shorts from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app and is not responsible for claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
